Refund policy

Digital Products (Crochet PDF Patterns)

Due to the instant, digital nature of our PDF crochet patterns, all sales of digital patterns are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue (a corrupted file, missing pages, or a download error), please contact us at sancraftvn@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly resend or fix the file.

Handmade, Ready-Made Items

We have a 14-day return policy for ready-made physical items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Because many of our crochet pieces are handmade to order, custom orders, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To Start a Return

You can contact us at sancraftvn@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, to our return address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sancraftvn@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Digital products (PDF patterns), gift cards, sale items, and custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, for ready-made physical items. This right does not apply to digital content (PDF patterns) once download has begun with your consent, or to custom-made and personalized items, per EU consumer protection law. As above, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
